This fitness program utilizes a variety of body sculpting techniques. Invincibility, strength, & elasticity is enhanced by adding the principles of Ayurveda to:

  • weight training

  • mat Pilates

  • interval training

  • aerobic workout

  • diaphragmatic breathing

  • connective tissue, fascia development

  • yoga postures

 Two online classes are offered every week and Members will have access to exclusive videos that will be updated regularly.
